Know what that means?
It’s Squats and Deadlifts day.
I’m looking forward to it, because it’ll be the first full week I’m back in the gym for two weeks.
A couple of weeks back I’d gone to Ireland for Elite (the mastermind group I’m in) and then last week I was away at Centerparcs.
One thing it does mean, is that I’m undoubtedly going to ache like hell come Wednesday.
But ‘no pain, no gain’ is particularly apt.
You can’t get results without putting in the effort… in pretty much anything in life.
And talking of effort, I’ve got a full-on week coming up… having just had a week off, and with Christmas next week, instead of doing what most people are doing and kicking back and relaxing… I’m going into overdrive this week.
Part of my challenge for this week?
I’ve got to plan out 2018.
I’ve got to plan out my overall goals, then do my 90 day plan.
(On top of getting everything else done).
